Is there an heirloom vendor in Stormwind?

No. Stormwind has no heirloom curator. The Alliance curator is Krom Stoutarm in The Library, inside the Hall of Explorers, Ironforge. Stormwind does have two vendors that sell some heirlooms, listed below.

What you can buy in Stormwind

  • Shay Pressler, the Stormwind guild vendor: heirloom helms, legs, and cloaks for gold. Helms and cloaks need Honored guild reputation; legs also need the guild achievement Working Better as a Team.
  • Liliana Emberfrost, Champion's Hall: A subset of heirlooms for Marks of Honor instead of gold, plus the first-tier upgrade tokens.

Neither sells the shoulders, chests, or upgrade tokens most players are looking for. For those you need Krom Stoutarm, who stocks 53 heirlooms.

Getting from Stormwind to Ironforge

Take the Deeprun Tram. Its Stormwind end is through a tunnel on the east side of the Dwarven District. In Ironforge, head for the Hall of Explorers and the Library inside it. Finding Krom in Ironforge
