How the Battle.net import works
Sign in with Battle.net and Blizzard asks whether this site may see your World of Warcraft profile. Our server uses that permission once to read your heirloom collection, sends the list to your browser, and keeps nothing: no sign-in, no account details, no list. Looking up a character reads the same list from that character’s public profile, with no sign-in.
An import ticks only heirlooms on this site and replaces what you had ticked. Undo puts your earlier ticks back. If an heirloom you own is not ticked, tick it by hand. The privacy policy has the details.
